Raw Space – Independent Stands: |
- All Exhibitors who have book the Raw Space may use contractors of their own choice from the designated contractors registered with IIRWM” 2008.
- All stand drawing & designs for scale mock-up complete with all details of the exhibits, electricity, elevation and other installation in 4 copies must be submitted to the organizer before 16th July’ 2008.
- Raw space possessions to the exhibitors shall be given on 14th August’ 2008
- All Stands must be completed before 1800 hrs on 15th August’ 2008

| Shell Scheme - Shell Scheme Stands shall include the following: |
- Stand Area
- White back wall and side walls
- Fascia with company name in English
- Floor Carpeting
- 4 Spot Lights
- 1 Reception Table
- 3 Chairs
- 1 Waste Bin
- 1 Power Socket (1.5 amp)
- Shell Scheme stand possessions to the exhibitors shall be given on 16th August’ 2008
